Holidays in Maryland, New York & Pennsylvania

It was time to finally go see our family and friends. Our plan was to spend as much time visiting as we possibly could. As always, things did not go as we thought and we did not get to see or spend as much time visiting as we planned.

Christmas Eve Rob was not 100% (he had the flu) so I had dinner at Bonefish with my kids.

Christmas Day we headed to Pennsylvania to spend a few nights with Rob's parents. We also got to meet our newest niece, Adelina.

We left Pennsylvania and headed to New York to see Nick and Shae's new home.  Congratulations on your beautiful home!

On our drive back to PA/MD we encountered snow. We are not used to this weather. We spent New Year's with Florian and Brenda.

Where did we stay? We stayed at several locations. Thank you so much to the Julians and the Langs for allowing us to stay in your homes. We also stayed at the Westlawn Inn and Holiday Inn Pennsylvania.

How did we get there? We drove from Key West to Fort Lauderdale. Enjoyed a cocktail before flying to BWI and picking up our Thrifty rental car.

When did we visit? 15 December, 2023 thru 6 January, 2024

According to little Ms. Google we traveled over 3,150 miles by walking, driving, flying, taking a bus, and by taxi. Little Ms. Google failed to log our sailing miles.
